Qualification required for ADA:
i) LL.M, or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and two years active practice as an Advocate; or
ii) LL.B (with 50% aggregate marks) or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission having four years active practice as an Advocate.
Note:
i) The experience of active practice after being enrolled as advocate
by Punjab Bar Council.
ii) Serving Civil Servants are not Eligible.
PPSC Test Pattern for ADA:
Test will be subjective and objective both type.

Paper-1 Advocacy & Pleading skills (Subjective + Objective):100 Marks
Paper-2 Constitutional & Adm inistrative Law(Subjective + Objective):100 Marks
Paper-3 Civil Law: (Subjective +Objective): 100 Marks
Psychological Assessm ent + viva voce: 100 Marks
Note:
i) Acandidate shall have to obtain 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate to qualify for interview. Thereafter, a candidate shall also secure 50% marks in the interview to be held eligible for final merit list of successful candidates.
