PAF GD Pilot Eligibility Selection Procedure
Selection Procedure:
- Registration: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can register online on the PAF website from March 4 to 11 March.
- Intelligence Test: Candidates who have successfully registered are required to appear for an Intelligence Test that assesses their cognitive and problem-solving abilities.
- Academic Test: Candidates who pass the Intelligence Test are then required to appear for an Academic Test. Academic Test that tests their knowledge in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and English.
- Initial Medical Examination: Candidates who pass the Academic Test are subjected to an initial medical examination to determine their physical fitness.
- Personality Test: Candidates who pass the initial medical examination are then required to appear for a Personality Test at ISSB. At ISSB tests assesse their personality traits and suitability for a career in the PAF.
- Final Medical Examination: Candidates who pass the Personality Test are subjected to a final medical examination to determine their medical fitness. Flying Apptitude Test FAT also be conducted.
- Interview: Candidates who pass the final medical examination are then called for an interview with a panel of PAF officers. They assess their communication skills, leadership potential, and overall suitability.
- Final Selection: Candidates who successfully clear all the previous stages are included in the merit list, and the final selection is made based on the merit list and availability of vacancies.
