Honda, the renowned Japanese automotive giant has been a significant player in the Pakistani market for an extended period. Even with companies like Suzuki and Yamaha joining the competition, Honda has stayed strong and is still one of the best manufacturers.
Two of Honda’s prominent bikes, the CD 70 and CG125, have become household names in Pakistan, leading sales charts even with minimal changes to their models since 2012.
The CD 70, the flagship model, holds the distinction of being Pakistan’s first four-stroke bike, gaining popularity swiftly due to its low maintenance and decent fuel efficiency. While it has undergone several changes in exterior design and engine, it retains its classic look compared to bikes from other countries.
In contrast, the Honda CG 125 continues to reign as the king of Pakistani bikes, known for its upright aerodynamics and swift performance. The bike’s quick acceleration, distinctive sound, and strong resale value contribute to its widespread acclaim.
