Video sharing platform YouTube has started public testing of its ‘Playables’ Gaming feature.
According to a report from 9 to 5 Google, the feature being tested by YouTube employees earlier this year, YouTube added Playables to the list of features being tested, which means that certain users from the company can use desktop or You will be able to play the game using the website or app on mobile. If you are one of the specific users who have access to this feature, you will be able to see a box called ‘Playables’ on YouTube.
These games will appear alongside other content on the feed. These games will also be viewed in the YouTube history where users will also be able to save the game.
Details about the games available on the service are yet to be released by YouTube. But one of the games tested by employees is Stack Bounce, which is on Google’s Game Snacks platform. However, it is not known whether other games of Game Snacks will also be included on this platform or not.
