Job Title: Branch Manager – Rural

Minimum Education: • Preferably a Bachelors / Masters Degree (Preferably Agriculture) from an HEC recognized institute /university .
Minimum Experience: • Preferably a minimum experience of three (03) years as Agriculture Credit Officer/ Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager.
Eligibility:
Build relationship with customers for maintenance of healthy liabilities and asset portfolio.
Visit the prospective customers for deposit mobilization and relationship management.
Effective and sufficient execution of Agri Credit Product and Agri Credit Policy guidelines and strict observation of SBP Prudential Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
To liaison with DM – Rural and CH Rural for the effective application of all the policies and guidelines introduced from time to time.
Coordinate with supporting departments (RCRM/RCAD/CPU/Product) for early resolution of observations and queries related to the credit proposals, customer account opening.
Portfolio housekeeping to ensure quality agriculture credit portfolio.
Job Title: Relationship Managers (Rural Bank)

Job Type Permanent
Minimum Education: • A university degree (preferably in agriculture) from an HEC Recognized Institute/University.
Minimum Experience: • 2 Years preferably ( Fresh Candidates can also apply).
Eligibility:
Build relationship with customers for maintenance of healthy asset portfolio.
Propose Agri. credit limits to the financially sound customers in the rural areas.
Portfolio housekeeping to ensure quality agriculture credit portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective customers for deposit mobilization and relationship management.
Coordinate with supporting departments for early resolution of observations and queries .
