PUNJAB UNIVERSITY ADMISSION TEST FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS: 2024-25

Punjab University Admission Test will be of the following categories:

Admission test will consist of the following Five Components:

Verbal reasoning will consist of FA/F.Sc/HSSC Level English. This section will be based on the concepts consisting of 4 questions each from Analogy, Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Completion, Comprehension. Quantitative reasoning will consist of Matric/SSC Level Mathematics. This section will be
based on the concepts consisting of 4 questions each from Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry,
Equations, Scenario based mental Mathematics. The questions will be based the list of concepts given in the Text Books published by
Punjab Text Book Board.
The question paper will consist of 100 questions. The time duration for test will be 120 minutes. Test will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions. Each question, will consist of four options (A, B, C, D) with only one correct answer. Test category, paper Code and Roll No. are to be filled in bubbles on the Answer/Bubble Sheet. There will be no negative marking.The weightage of admission test is 25% of the total merit calculation.
