FBISE online degree certificate verification process

Step-by-step instructions for the SSC/Matric HSSC/FA Result Cards Certificates documents verification application process through FBISE Online Degree Certificate Verification process.

1. Download Challan: Visit the Online Challan link and download the challan for payment purposes. Remember, if applying for both SSC and HSSC, fill only one challan (either SSC or HSSC).

2. Fill Application Form: Electronically fill the application form online with utmost care. Ensure the correct entry of the bank Challan number as your form processing depends on fee verification.

3. Submission: No hard copy of the application form and documents needs to be sent to the Federal Board. Online applications suffice, except for candidates passing examinations on or before 1989. They must either send scanned copies to certificate@fbise.edu.pk or hard copies to the Deputy Secretary (Certificates) at the Federal Board’s address along with the application tracking ID.

4. Verification Fee: For inland students, the fee per document is Rs.1000/-, and for overseas students, it’s US$ 40. If you paid the fee for one document but requested verification for more, the board will issue the document of the latest examination.

5. WES/Accreditation Agency: For WES or any other accreditation agency, the verification fee is US$ 40 per document.

6. Postal Address: Ensure the correct postal address is provided as the board won’t be responsible for document misplacement due to an incorrect address.

7. Additional Charges: Any bank or fund transfer charges beyond the prescribed fee must be paid by the applicant.

8. Result Card vs. Certificate: Remember, the result card and certificate are distinct documents.

9. Document Issuance: Documents will be issued within one working day after verifying the fee and receiving a complete application form.

Following these steps should help facilitate the document verification process efficiently
