Written Test Syllabus for PMS Ministerial Quota 2023;

The written examination of PMS Ministerial Quota will be conducted in the following three subjects:

(1) General Ability Paper containing questions relating to General Knowledge, Pakistan Affairs, English Grammar and Islamic Studies (Objective):  100 Marks Paper
(2) English Essay Paper: 25 Marks
(3) Urdu Essay Paper: 25 Marks
(4) Psychological Assessment and Viva Voce 200 Marks

Total Marks: 350

Who is Eligible for PMS Ministerial Quota?

The civil servants holding respective posts on regular basis in BS-5 to BS-16 with Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) or LL.B from a recognized University, serving under the Government of the Punjab and having the following experience:-

a) For Officials in (BS-11 to BS-16) = 05 years;
and
b) For Officials in (BS-05 to BS-10) = 08 years

What are Passing Marks for PMS Ministerial Quota?

i) 40% marks in each subject and 50% marks in the aggregate to qualify for interview and 50% marks in the interview to be held eligible for final merit list of successful candidates.
ii) Negative Marking will be done and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in the MCQ type paper.
iii) Change in the priority/ selection of examination centers shall not be allowed.

NOTE:
Non-Muslims candidates have the option either to attempt MCQs on Islamic Studies or the same number of questions in a separate section titled “Ethics”.

  1. asslamoalaikum sir/mdm,,,i appeard in the previous PMS exam ,,when will the result b announced,,,since m outside my land and cannot find our KPPSC page ,,,,so m not aware of PMS result(previous 2018),,, plz if u tell me…..
