(CASE NO. 07 – RD / 2016)  RECRUITMENT TO (01) ONE POST OF CHIEF LIBRARIAN (BS-20) ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS IN THE ARCHIVES & LIBRARIES WING, PUNJAB (S&GAD).

 

  1. QUALIFICATION:
  2. i. D in Library Science with five years service as a Librarian in BS-17 or above;
  3. M.Phil in Library Science with eight years service as a Librarian in BS-17 or above;

iii.         M.A Library Science (2nd Division) with seventeen years service as Librarian in BS-17 or above.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

(CASE NO.70 – RF / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO ONE (01) PERMANENT POST OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF PAEDIATRIC SURGERY.

 

  1. QUALIFICATION:
  2. i.          MBBS or Equivalent Medical Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and the Postgraduate Qualification of FCPS/ MS/ FRCS/ MRCP/ MD/ Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty or Equivalent Medical Qualification in the respective specialty recognized by PMDC.,

OR

  1. MBBS or Equivalent Medical Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and the Postgraduate Qualification of FCPS/ MS/ FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board (General Surgery / Medicine) or any other Equivalent Medical Qualification recognized by PMDC with three years practical experience in the respective specialty in a recognized Institution after Post-graduation.
  2. b. 5 Years teaching experience in the specialty in a recognized Institution as Assistant Professor or equivalent position recognized by PMDC with at-least 3 Research Papers published in a Standard Medical Journal.

  2. AGE: 30 to 50 + 5 Years General Age relaxation in upper age limit for Male Candidate = 55 Years and 30 to 50 + 8 Years General Age relaxation in upper age limit for Female Candidates = 58 Years on 24-06-2016 as per Government of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No.SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81dated 21-05-2012.
  3. DOMICILE: Candidates domiciled in any District of the Province of Punjab.

  2. i. ICS / Intermediate with 01 Year Diploma in Computer Science. Training in MS Office with typing speed of 45 wpm.

  4. GENDER: Male, Female & Shemale.
  5. PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab.
  6. SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN TEST: One paper MCQs Type Written Test comprising questions on General Knowledge, Everyday Science, Geography, Computer Studies, Current Affairs, Basic Maths, Pak Studies, Islamiat, English and Urdu will be conducted to shortlist the candidates.

 

PUNJAB POLICE DEPARTMENT

(CASE NO. 31 – RE / 2016) RECRUITMENT TO 24 (INCLUDING 01 POST RESERVED FOR MINORITIES AND 4 POSTS FOR WOMEN) TEMPORARY BUT LIKELY TO BE MADE PERMANENT POSTS OF DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (BS-12) IN THE PUNJAB POLICE DEPARTMENT.

  1. QUALIFICATION:
  2. Matric (2nd Division) from a recognized Board and
  3. i. Should qualify Data Entry Operator Aptitude Test.
  4. Minimum speed 10000 key depression per hour for Data Entry Operator / Verification.

iii.         Knowledge of Typing.

  1. Passing System 360 Operator Training Course will be preferred.

  2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Applicants are required to submit ONLINE Application Forms by the Closing Date which is 24-06-2016 upto 12:00 pm. Candidates should fill the Online Form carefully for which detailed guidelines and instructions have been given on Punjab Public Service Commission’s website www.ppsc.gop.pk Editing options, to correct any data, will be available to the candidates till the   last   date of submission of   Online Applications. Applications other than ONLINE will not be accepted.

 

  1. Candidates will have to deposit   Rs:400/- under head: “ C02101 -ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE – EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY

THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”, in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury before the closing date and receipt number will be mentioned            in the Online Application Form. Original Receipt will be produced at          the time of Written Test, Interview/ Viva voce without which candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Test, Interview / Viva voce. Original Receipt will be retained by PPSC for record purposes.

 

  1. Disabled candidates intending to appear in the Punjab Public Service Commission’s tests / examinations are exempted from application / examination fee.

 

  1. HARD COPY of ON-LINE Application Form is not required.
